Central to this transformation is a strategic partnership, between Crescent and Grand Public, aimed at elevating the brand's visual identity to seamlessly align with the demands of the modern digital realm and retail sphere, all while staying linked to Crescent's heritage.
With the customer journey constantly in mind, we have taken on the over-all elevation of the Crescent brand in three different steps – focusing on their visual identity, the online experience, as well as the in-store one.

Designing an online experience for a bicycle brand

We approached the project with a focus on the needs of bicycle buyers.
Our work has involved a redesign and overhaul of the @crescentcyklar website, implemented in accordance with the updated visual identity. Leveraging our love for bicycles and in-depth understanding of the cycling industry, we approached the project with a focus on the needs of bicycle buyers.

A unified and elevated in-store brand experience

Strong brand communication, along with a display of Crescent’s premium E-bikes, create a physical space that encourages customers to explore the product range and provides opportunities to get to know the brand.
Our brief was to create a modular retail system for Crescent’s resellers. The aim was to promote Crescent’s E-bikes in a new premium way and build brand awareness around Crescent by taking a more prominent position in retail – a position where strong brand communication, along with a display of Crescent’s premium E-bikes, create a physical space that encourages customers to explore the product range, and provides opportunities to get to know the brand.
