Edsbyn, Shaping spaces
For Edsbyn, we designed and developed a new digital experience that brings its furniture, expertise and Scandinavian design heritage together in a clear and inspiring platform.

Edsbyn
Challenge
Edsbyn’s previous website did not fully reflect the quality of the brand or support the needs of its customers, partners, and internal organisation. Product information was difficult to manage, while the overall experience needed greater clarity, inspiration, and consistency.
The task was to create a platform that could make the offering easier to explore, strengthen the brand, and turn the website into a natural part of both the customer journey and the sales process.
Solution
We created a new digital experience that combines Edsbyn’s roots in Swedish craftsmanship with its contemporary approach to Scandinavian design and flexible furniture systems.
A clearer structure, carefully selected imagery, and more accessible product content make it easier for architects, dealers, and customers to find inspiration, explore the offering, and get in touch. Edsbyn’s history, values, and strengths are woven into the experience, creating a stronger connection between the products and the brand behind them. The website also gives Edsbyn’s customer service team a more useful tool, allowing them to guide customers directly to relevant content and answers on the website.
An integration with Edsbyn’s Monitor ERP system ensures that product details and specifications remain accurate and up to date with minimal manual administration. A flexible content structure, improved foundations for SEO, and clearer tracking and conversion goals also make the platform easier to manage, evaluate and develop over time.
The result is an inspiring and dependable digital platform that supports the entire organisation, from presenting products and guiding customers to generating new business and gives Edsbyn a strong foundation for continued growth.
