Despite decades of innovation in premium lighting, Fagerhult had no established position in Germany. Entering a competitive market required more than product communication alone.
The challenge was to create a launch concept that captures attention, builds recognition and gives the brand a distinctive voice from day one.
Solution
We developed the launch around “The Swedish Light”, using Sweden’s unique light conditions as a story about heritage, creativity, and human well being. Through campaign strategy, production, and activation, we introduced Fagerhult through a more emotional and culturally distinctive perspective that later evolved into a long term communication platform across multiple markets.
